Physicals are required for all students entering the following grades:

• Nursery
• Pre-K
• K
• 1st
• 3rd
• 5th
• 7th

These must be done no more than 12 months prior to school entrance in September. 

The school nurse conducts screening examinations for hearing, vision, scoliosis, and those things which the state mandates. 

When possible concerns are identified, parents are notified and requested to continue the investigation with their personal physician. The school nurse provides medical treatment only in emergency situations.

Saint Anne's School is also required to request a  dental certificate for grades
